Landsbankinn hf.: Commercial paper auction

Landsbankinn will offer commercial paper (CP) for sale via private placement on Tuesday 21 May 2019 at 15:00. Two new CP series will be offered for sale: LBANK 200228 and LBANK 200528.

Concurrent with the auction, a covered bond exchange offering will take place, where holders of the non-indexed series LBANK CB 19 can sell the covered bonds in the series against commercial paper bought in the above-mentioned auction. The clean price of the bonds in the series LBANK CB 19 is predefined at 100.721.
