Consolidated non-audited results of Company group ALITA, AB for the first quarter of 2011 year

Company group ALITA, AB consolidated non-audited activity results according to
the International Accounting Standards of the first quarter of 2011 are better
2  times, in comparing with the last year: the loss of the activity results of
the first quarter of 2011 amounted to 1.75 million of LTL (0.51 million of EURO
and the loss of the activity results of the same period of 2010 were 3.6
million of LTL (1.0 million of EURO). 

The consolidated sales incomes of the first quarter of 2011 amounted to 14.8
million of LTL (4.3 million of EURO) and in comparing with the same period of
the year 2010 decreased in 17 %. 

We present the set of intermediate unaudited consolidated financial statements
of the first quarter of 2011.
