Islandsbanki hf.: Upcoming commercial paper auction

Íslandsbanki hf. will be holding a private placement on commercial paper Friday
18th December 2015.  The 5-month series ISLA 16 0520 and the 6-month series ISLA
16 0616 will be offered to investors. Trading is expected to commence on 29
December 2015 on Nasdaq Iceland.
