The dividend per share of Orava Residential REIT plc (trading code OREIT, ISIN
code FI4000068614) to be paid on 30 December 2015 is EUR 0.30.  Ex-dividend
date is 17 December 2015 and date of record is 18 December 2015. Dividends
total EUR 2,149,664.10. 

Shares with trading code OREITN0115 (ISIN-code FI4000148036) do not entitle
holders to dividends in 2015.
