The Housing Financing Fund - Results of HFF Bond Auction

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) announces the results of an HFF bond auction
on August, 22nd 2008. Valid bids submitted amounted to ISK 21 billion at
nominal value.  The following bids were accepted: 

•	HFF150224, nominal amount of ISK 2,3 billion weighted yield without
         commission is 4,67% 
•	HFF150434, nominal amount of ISK 1,9 billion weighted yield without
         commission is 4,36% 
•	HFF150644, nominal amount of ISK 0,8 billion weighted yield without
         commission is 4,19% 

The total weighted yield of the accepted bids, without commission was 4,47% and
with commission 4,49%. Settlement date will be August 28th 2008.
