GEOSENTRIC OYJ SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

GEOSENTRIC OYJ SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED                                

The share capital increase of 23,750,000 new investment shares has been         
registered in the trade register on October 4, 2010. The free share issue was   
based on the decision on September 3, 2010 as announced in the bulletin released
on September 6, 2010. After the increase, the total registered share capital of 
the company is EUR 8.950.961,65 and the number of shares 921.676.354.           

It is estimated that the new shares will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki aside 
with the old shares (GEO1V) of the Company by the end of the year.
