Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

SC Klaipėdos Nafta SUBMITED counterclaim to UAB Naftos Grupė

On 5 April 2011 UAB Naftos Grupe submitted a claim against SC Klaipedos Nafta
for compensation of the allegedly incurred losses in the amount of LTL 17
million. SC Klaipedos Nafta rejected the claim. Therefore evaluation regarding
the Services Agreement of 22 December 2004 concluded between SC Klaipedos Nafta
and UAB Naftos Grupe not according to the market conditions and its influence
on the operating results of SC Klaipedos Nafta during the period from January
2005 until May 2010 was performed. In the process of evaluation it was
established that SC Klaipedos Nafta could have suffered more than LTL 40
million losses in relation to this Agreement. 

Today the Company has filed a counterclaim against UAB Naftos Grupe seeking
damages for a part of losses incurred. The total amount of the counterclaim - 
LTL 42 627 155. 

UAB Naftos Grupe enjoyed an exclusive right for transshipment of vacuum gas oil
via SC Klaipedos Nafta.
