Disclosure under Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Affecto Plc has on 27 July 2016 received a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section
5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act according to which the total combined
holdings of Danske Bank A/S and its controlled entities has decreased below 5
percent. According to the disclosure, the total combined ownership of Danske
Bank A/S and its controlled entities was 1,113,334 shares on 26 July 2016,
which corresponds to 4.96 percent of the total amount of shares and votes in
Affecto. 

Affecto has a total of 22,450,745 shares. The Company has one share class and
each share entitles to one vote.
