GUBERNIJA non-audited actyvity results for the 9 months of the year 2011

We provide intermediate non-audited financial report GUBERNIJA the financial
accountability for the 9 months of the year 2011 and confirmation of the
responsible persons. 
The Company has finished the period of nine months of the year 2011 working
profitably - profit amounted at LTL 561 644 (EUR 162 663), a decrease by 52,93
per cent over the total revenue of LTL 1 193 328 (EUR 345 611,6) for the nine
months of 2010. 
According to revised forecasts, GUBERNIJA expects to sell products for a total
amount of LTL 42,5 million (EUR 12,3 million) in 2011. Because of the prices of
raw materials and energy costs as well as extremely cheap imported beer, we do
not expect to make profit in 2011. EBITDA can be about 4 percent.
