NOTIFICATION ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS REFERRING TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF THE
FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 

Affecto Plc has received from CapMan Public Market Fund FCP-SIF and CapMan
Public Market Investment S.à.r.l a notification, pursuant to the Finnish
Securities Markets Act, Chapter 2, Section 9, according to which CapMan Public
Market Investment S.à.r.l, a company owned by CapMan Public Market Fund
FCP-SIF, has executed disposals so that its holding in Affecto has decreased
below one-twenties (5 %) and one-tenths (10 %) of the voting rights and shares
in Affecto.
