Ixonos' Nomination Committee has been formed

IXONOS' NOMINATION COMMITTEE HAS BEEN FORMED                                    

The largest shareholders, represented by Paul Ehrnrooth of Turret Oy and Matti  
Jokinen as a largest personal shareholder, have been selected to the Ixonos'    
Nomination Committee. The Board-appointed members in the Nomination Committee   
are the Chairman of the Board, Tero Laaksonen, and Board member Esko Siik.      

The Nomination Committee will prepare proposals for the remunerations of the    
Board and the members of the Board by the General Annual Meeting, to be held in 
the spring of 2010.
