PAULI LEPPÄNEN APPOINTED AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AT QPR SOFTWARE

Mr. Pauli Leppänen (b. 1965) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at
QPR Software Plc as of 7 January, 2013. He moves to QPR from Sagacitas Finance
Partners Oy, a Finnish-based partnership of senior financial advisers focused
on assisting clients in their strategic and financial issues, where he has
worked as a Partner. He is also the founder of PL Competence AB, a
Swedish-based consulting company specialized in financial advice, interim
management assignments, and assistance with business and other relations in
China. 

“Pauli Leppänen brings strong and proven management accounting, financial as
well as stakeholder reporting, risk management and internal control expertise
in international business environment to QPR. I believe his business experience
will significantly benefit the future growth of our business”, says QPR´s CEO
Jari Jaakkola. 

Prior to his current tasks Pauli Leppänen has held the following positions:
SVP, Head of Corporate Control and acting CFO at TeliaSonera AB (2003-2010); in
Sonera Corporation VP, Head of Corporate Control (2000-2002)and Senior
Controller - International Accounts (1998-1999); Head of Corporate Accounts at
Outokumpu Oyj (1994-1997); and Business Segment Controller at Outokumpu
Technology Oy (1990-1993). 

The current CFO, Mrs. Päivi Martti, will continue in her position until 7
January, 2013. After this, from her own initiative, she takes up new tasks at
QPR.
