IXONOS: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECURITIES
MARKETS ACT 







Ixonos Plc has received a notification from Holdix Oy in accordance with
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act: 



Holdix Oy has notified that its holding of shares and voting rights has
declined to 19.52 per cent on 4 June, 2014 due to the registration of new
shares subscribed for in a directed share issue announced on 30 April, 2014.
Holdix Oy owns 19 421 844 shares and voting rights. 



Ixonos has a total of 99 446 870 shares. Each share carries one vote.
