Regarding the Pledge of the Property Created during the Project of the Construction of the 455 MW Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine Unit

Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2013-06-03 13:47 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance
with the decision of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB dated 3 April, 2013 and
the decision of general meeting of shareholders of Lietuvos energija, AB, dated
30 April, 2013, Lietuvos energija, AB (company code 302648707, registered
office at Elektrinės str. 21, Elektrėnai), in order to guarantee the fulfilment
of the obligations laid down in Loan agreement dated 31 March 2010, No
10-021291-IN, concluded between AB Lietuvos elektrinė, which all the rights and
obligations took over the Lietuvos energija, AB, and Swedbank AB, SEB Bank,
Nordea Bank Finland plc, DnB Bank and Danske Bank A/S on 3 June, 2013 pledged
property named in the Loan agreement and created during the 455 MW
Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine Unit Construction Project.
