Dovre Group´s Stock Option Plan 2010: Change in the subscription price

Dovre Group Plc's Board of Directors has decided to reduce the subscription
price of the Company's  2010 stock option plan with the amount of extraordinary
dividend to be paid for 2013 i.e. EUR 0,05 per share. 

New subscription prices for 2010 stock option plan are:
Option series 2010A: EUR 0,28 per share and subscription period March 1, 2012-
February 28, 2015 
Option series 2010B: EUR 0,42 per share and subscription period March 1, 2013-
February 28, 2016 
Option series 2010C: EUR 0,33 per share and subscription period March 1, 2014-
February 28, 2017
