Nordea Bank AB (publ) (Swedish registration number 516406-0120) refers to the flagging notification made on 21 September 2009 where it informed that its Finnish subsidiary's Nordea Bank Finland Plc's (business ID 1680235-8) holdings in Ruukki Group Plc will fall below one twentieth (1/20) when the sold forward contact agreements expire in November 2009. Nordea Bank AB (publ) now announces that Nordea Bank Finland Plc has today on 12 November 2009 bought 150,000 Ruukki Group Plc forward contract agreements that expire in November 2009 and sold 15,000,000 Ruukki Group Plc shares. As a result, Nordea Bank Finland Plc's ownership of Ruukki Group Plc's share capital and voting rights has fallen below 1/20 and Nordea Bank Finland Plc doesn't have any holdings in Ruukki Group Plc. Nordea Bank Finland Plc had purchased Ruukki Group Plc shares as a part of its market making operations.
