AB Amber Grid operating results and unaudited condensed financial statements for the year 2015

Unaudited results of AB Amber Grid for year 2015 prepared according to the
International Financial Reporting Standards: 

• Sales for the year 2015 – EUR 55.8 million (the year 2014 – EUR 51.8 million);

• Profit before tax for the year 2015 – EUR 14.7 million (the year 2014 – EUR
136.0 million loss before tax); 

• Net profit for the year 2015 – EUR 16.0 million (the year 2014 – EUR 113.4
million loss). 

EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) for the
year 2015 amounted to EUR 30.1 million, a growth of 5.3% compared to the year
2014 (EUR 28.5 million). 

AB Amber Grid releases unaudited condensed financial statements for the year
2015 prepared according to International financial reporting standards.
