Today Arion Bank hf. has concluded sale of the covered bond serie ARION CB 27 for total of ISK 2,500 m.

A total of 7 bids for ISK 2,500 m were received in the new series ARION CB 27 at 6.49-6.55% yield. Bids in the amount of ISK 2,500m were accepted at 6.55% yield.

Holders of series ARION CB 22 were offered to sell in the series against the new series ARION CB 27 at clean price of 100.185. The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying ISK 1,280m in the series ARION CB 22.

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 12 July 2022.
