AB Bank "FINASTA" - Prospectus

Base prospectus of non-equity securities of Bank Finasta has been approved

On September 29, 2011 The Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania
approved the base prospectus for the issue of LTL 100 000 000
non-equity securities of AB bank Finasta. 
According to the base prospectus Bank Finasta can issue one or several
medium-term (from 1 to 10 years) emissions of non-subordinated, non-guaranteed
and non-convertible non-equity securities offering them for the public
circulation. 
The Bank may issue the following non-equity securities:
-	fixed coupon bonds;
-	floating coupon bonds;
-	zero coupon bonds;
-	bonds linked to financial instruments;
-	any kind of combination of these bonds.
