CONCERNING WITHDRAWAL/APPOINTMENT OF THE COMPANY BOARD MEMBERS

Supervisory Board of Žemaitijos pienas AB withdrew Rigilda Banienė, Board member, from the position of the member of the Board. From 05 April 2017, Robertas Pažemeckas starts carrying out Company Board member's duties.
