Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the Bank of Lithuania results of inspection of AB bankas SNORAS

The meeting of the board of the Bank of Lithuania held on 18 January 2011
considered inspection results on AB bankas SNORAS and appointed to hedge in
risk of bank business and further strengthen capital base. In the meeting it
was noted that AB bankas SNORAS did not eliminate part of the offence in
previous inspection and the shortcomings of the bank business. AB bankas SNORAS
is obligated to provide the plan of shortcoming improvement in 10 days. The
management of AB bankas SNORAS will implement obligations of the Bank of
Lithuania in accordance with requirements and deadlines.
