The dividend per share of Orava Residential REIT plc (trading code OREIT, ISIN
code FI4000068614) to be paid on 30 September 2016 is EUR 0.27.  Ex-dividend
date is 22 September 2016 and date of record is 23 September 2016. Dividends
total EUR 2,248,443.09. 

Shares with trading code OREITN0116 (ISIN-code FI4000197942) do not entitle
holders to dividends in 2016.
