Regarding the passing of the shares of PC "Lithuanian shipping company"

Klaipeda, Lithuania, 2015-09-21 10:51 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

The Government of the Republic of Lithuania has decided to pass over the state
owned shares of PC “Lithuanian Shipping Company” - 46 953 531 (forty six
million nine hundred fifty three thousand five hundred thirty one) ordinary
registered non-material shares, which represent 56.66 percent of the votes in
General Meeting of the shareholders of PC “Lithuanian Shipping Company”, to JSC
“Lithuanian Railways”.
