THE BONDHOLDERS’ MEETING OF LEVERATOR PLC TO BE CONTINUED ON 20 JANUARY 2016

The bondholders’ meeting called by the Board of Directors of Leverator Plc (the
“Issuer”) on 9 December 2015 has been suspended due to a change in ownership to
be registered in the list of holders. The meeting will be continued at the
offices of Danske Bank Oyj, the authorised representative of Leverator Plc, at
Pohjoisesplanadi 37 A, Helsinki, Finland on 20 January 2016 commencing from
2.00 pm. 

The purpose of the bondholders’ meeting is to amend certain terms and
conditions of the EUR 240 million 8.162 % bonds due 2016 (ISIN: FI0003016022)
(the “Bonds”).
