Notification on a change in ownership

Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 2:9), Solidium Oy has
notified that, as from 18 October 2012, Solidium Oy's holding in shares of
Sponda Plc has fallen below 1/10 (10%) and 1/20 (5%), and the current holding
of Solidium Oy in Sponda Plc's shares is 0%.
