NOTIFICATION ACCORDING TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act,
Mandatum Life Insurance Company has announced to Norvestia on 1 July 2015 that
their holding in Norvestia has exceeded the ten (10) percent threshold in votes
as a result of the combination of share classes on 23 June 2015. Mandatum Life
Insurance Company owns 1,967,050 shares, which corresponds to 12.84% of shares
and votes. 

The share capital of Norvestia Oyj consists of 15 316 560 shares.
