CHANGES AT QPR SOFTWARE PLC´S MANAGEMENT

M.Sc (Econ), M.Sc (Tech) Mikko Mäki-Rahkola has been appointed as Member of the
Executive Management Team as of 15 August, 2011. Mäki-Rahkola continues as
Managing Director of Nobultec Ltd. QPR Software announced today an acquisition
of all Nobultec´s shares. 

Maija Erkheikki has been appointed as Vice President, Software Sales
International and Member of the Executive Management Team at QPR Software Plc
as of 15 August, 2011. Her previous position at QPR was Vice President
responsible for Solutions & Service. Maija Erkheikki holds a Master's degree in
Industrial Engineering and Management. 

As of 15 August 2011, QPR Software´s Executive Management Teams consists of
Chief Executive Officer Jari Jaakkola (chairman); Vice President, Software
Sales International Maija Erkheikki; Vice President, Business Operations
Finland Matti Erkheikki; Vice President, Communications and Marketing Jyrki
Karasvirta; Vice President, Business Development Teemu Lehto; Chief Financial
Officer Päivi Martti; Nobultec´s Managing Director Mikko Mäki-Rahkola and Vice
President, Products and Technology Sami Tähtinen.
