Consti Group to renovate a high-value vintage property into a Kämp Group hotel

Consti Group to renovate a high-value vintage property into a Kämp Group hotel

Consti Group Plc has made a deal on the complete renovation of an Yrjönkatu
office building into a new hotel for Kämp Group in Helsinki.

The value of the deal is over 20 million euro, and it includes the complete
renovation of the building, ranging from façade renovation to luxury hotel
standard technical building services. The work is commissioned by Housing
Company Yrjönkatu 13, which is owned by CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund.

The work will begin in January 2016 and it will be completed in summer 2017. The
renovation will be conducted as a project management contract. The venture
strengthens Consti's expert position in demanding building use modifications.

Significant hotel renovations carried out by Consti in the past include for
example Scandic Hotel Park, Hilton Helsinki Strand and Klaus K.

Kämp Group's new Hotel St. George will have approximately 150 hotel rooms, and
for example reception areas, a restaurant, a bar, spa facilities, and a winter
garden. The total building area is approximately 13000 square meters, of which
about 1000 square meters is new space.

The forthcoming hotel in the heart of Helsinki consists of two buildings. The
property was originally built for residential use. It was designed by Onni
Tarjanne and its first part dates back to 1890. In the past years it has been in
office use.

The St. George project significantly strengthens Consti's orderbook for 2016.
