Amber Grid - Notification on material event

New Prices for Natural Gas Transmission Services

On 21 December 2015 (Minutes No. 16), the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid
approved the adjusted prices for natural gas transmission services that will
come into effect from 1 January 2016. The prices, approved by the Board of
Directors of AB Amber Grid, have been approbated by The National Commission for
Energy Control and Prices.
