Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB - Interim information

Performance Results for Nine Months of 2010

Referring to the unaudited data, during nine months of this year the Group of
Panevėžio statybos trestas AB (PST) was on the income of 147.3 mln. Litas (42.6
mln. EUR), that is by 1.4 percents more than last year and made before tax
profit in the amount of 23.2 mln. Litas (6.7 mln. EUR), while last year before
tax profit was 0.7 mln. Litas (0.2 mln EUR). The company of PST was on the
income of 125.9 mln. Litas (36.5 mln. EUR) and made before tax profit amounting
12.8 mln. Litas (3.7 mln. EUR). 
“PST works constantly in a profitable manner performing works on the following
construction sites: CCGT project at the Lithuanian Power Plant in Elektrėnai,
water supply and waste water infrastructure development project in Šiauliai,
Sovetsk Sports and Wellness Complex. Furthermore, we started working on the new
sites: construction of a production building for Baltic Food Partners UAB, a
project of production buildings for Amilina UAB in Panevėžys”, says the
Managing Director Dalius Gesevičius.

Sports Arena in Šiauliai in 2007, Combined Cycle Power Plant in Panevėžys in
2008 and Panevėžys Multifunctional Sports Arena CIDO ARENA in 2009.
