CapMan Plc has on 27 December 2016 received a notification of changes in
ownership and voting rights in accordance with chapter 9, section 5 of the
Securities Markets Act as follows:

  * The share of ownership and votes in CapMan Plc of Oy Inventiainvest Ab (Ari
    Tolppanen) has fallen below 5 per cent.

The notification is related to the issue of new shares as decided on 22 December
2016 and registered in the Trade Register today. CapMan Plc's share capital of
EUR 771,586.98 consists of 143,313,255 shares with a total of 143,313,255 voting
rights after the issue.
