Company group ALITA, AB Consolidated non-audited activity results for the year 2011

ALITA, AB consolidated non-audited activity results for year 2011 according to
the International Accounting Standards amounted to LTL 4.0 million (EUR 1.2
million) net loss. In comparing with the same period of 2010 activity resulta
increased by 20 times. Activity results for year 2010 was LTL 81.7 million (EUR
23.7 million) net loss. 

The consolidated sales incomes for year 2011 amounted to LTL 83.5 million (EUR
24.1 million). 

The group's performance was influenced mainly by very unfavourable tax
environment in the market in which the group companies are operating and the
overall sharp decline in domestic consumption. In order to optimize the
activities of Company group ALITA AB, operating expenses have been decreased by
LTL 5.3 million (EUR 1.5 million) or 15 per cent in 2011. 

The debt structure has changed during the year 2011. Short term liabilities
decreased from LTL 180.7 million (EUR 52.3 million) in year 2010 to LTL 46.7
million (EUR 13.5 million) in 2011, and the amount of long term liabilities
rose from LTL 14.5 million (EUR 4.2 million) in 2010 to LTL 50.0 million (EUR
14.5 million) in 2011. Total amount of liabilities decreased from LTL 195.2
million (EUR 56.5 million) to LTL 96.7 million (EUR 28.0 million) on a
year-to-year basis.
