Imoniu grupe ALITA, AB - Notification on material event

Results for Q 1, 2011

Lithuania, Alytus, 2011-04-06 17:52 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  The consolidated
unaudited loss of the Company Group ALITA, AB (hereinafter - the Company) for
the first three months of 2011 accounted for LTL 1.75 m (y-o-y for 2010 - LTL
3.6m). The gross sale volumes during the quarter declined by LTL 3.08 m and
were reported at LTL 14.77 m. 

The sales of the Company during the three months period changed marginally and
were reported at LTL 10.32 m (y-o-y - LTL 10.88 m). The Company incurred a loss
of LTL 2.37 m (LTL 2.04 m in 2010). 

The Management of the Company notes that the results were caused to a largest
extent by the overall situation in the market, as well as the financial
obligations of the Company taken over after the bankruptcy of ALT investicijos
last year which increased financial risks. Nevertheless, even under such
conditions the Company managed to maintain its operations robust, retain the
confidence on the part of creditors and partners, therefore both the
consolidated and the Company's operating results are assessed as positive and
were better than anticipated.
