Grigiskes AB - Notification on material event

GRIGISKES AB launches construction of 12 MWh steam boiler.

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-06-11 12:27 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Carrying out the
project Construction of 10 MW steam boiler using renewable energy resources at
GRIGISKES AB (No.VP3-3.4-ŪM-02-K-02-020) GRIGISKES AB and Enerstena UAB signed
a contract for design and equipment supply, on the 10th of June, 2013. Under
this contract Enerstena UAB undertook obligations to finish all designing and
construction work of wood fuel 12 MWh steam boiler plant on its own risks,
forces, means and materials in twelve months. Value of the contract is LTL 12.6
mln. (EUR 3.6 mln.). The support of up to LTL 5.95 mln. (EUR 1.7 mln.) from the
Cohesion Fund of the European Union and the budget of Lithuanian Republic for
the implementation of the Project was granted.
