Lifosa AB - Notification on material event

REGARDING PUBLICLY BROADCASTED INFORMATION

AB  „Lifosa“, in response to the  report on   publicly broadcasted information 
at the Lithuanian exhibition centre concerning AB  „Lifosa“ share price under
mandatory buy-up established by the  civil case 2-384-212/2011 at  Panevezys
district court, reports that has no official information about the
establishment of share prices in accordance with the mandatory buy-up. Civil
proceedings  take place in a closed court hearings, with AB  „Lifosa“ as the
third party in this case.
