LAROX TO IMPLEMENT STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENTS IN THE NETHERLANDS

LAROX TO IMPLEMENT STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENTS IN THE NETHERLANDS                    

The global financial crisis has weakened demand for industrial filtration       
solutions and services. Following the weak market situation and low order intake
Larox Corporation's subsidiary in the Netherlands, Larox B.V., has finished the 
negotiations with its personnel representatives to close down its local         
Engineering and Purchasing department. As a result of these negotiations the    
fixed labour will reduce by 16 people. Personnel arrangements have been carried 
out through employment terminations. The engineering and purchasing operations  
will be taken over by the other Larox units including Larox China.              

The arrangement is estimated to cause a one-time cost, which is approximately   
1,5 million euros. The cost will be realized during this year. The arrangement  
will bring annual savings approximately 1,1 million euros starting from the     
fiscal year 2010.
