MANAGING DIRECTOR OF SARDUS AB TO PURSUE OTHER INTERESTS

The current Managing Director of Atria Group Plc's Swedish subsidiary Sardus AB,
Per Strömberg, will be the new Managing Director of Lantmännen Group.           
Strömberg's contract with Sardus ends in June 2007.
