Klaipedos Nafta - Notification on material event

SC Klaipedos Nafta preliminary transhipment and revenue results for the May 2016


During May 2016 SC Klaipedos Nafta (hereinafter – the Company) reloaded 875
thousand tons of petroleum products into its storage tanks of Klaipeda oil
terminal and Subacius fuel base (SFB), i.e. grater by 24.3 per cent compared to
May 2015, when 704 thousand tons were reloaded. 

During the five months of 2016 the Company in total reloaded 3,715 thousand
tons of petroleum products into its storage tanks or greater by 37.8 per cent
compared to the same period of 2015 when 2,695 thousand tons were reloaded. The
transhipment growth is mainly affected by the increased petroleum products
freights from Byelorussia and increased transhipment volumes of SC ORLEN
Lietuva. 

During May 2016 in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal of the Company
1,406 thousand MWh of the natural gas were re-gasified and supplied to the
natural gas transmission system, i.e. grater by 2,3 times compared to May 2015,
when 430 thousand MWh where re-gasified. During five months of 2016 Company
re-gasified 7,884 thousand MWh of the natural gas, i.e. grater 2.4 times
compared to the same period of 2015, when 2,289 thousand MWh natural gas was
re-gasified. 

The sales revenue of SC Klaipedos Nafta oil terminal and SFB for the May 2016
comprise EUR 4.0 million that is grater by 8.1 per cent compared to the revenue
of May 2015 (Eur 3.7 million). The preliminary sales revenues for the five
months 2016 of the Company’s oil terminal and SFB comprise EUR 19.7 million and
are greater by 7.6 per cent compared to the same period of 2015 (EUR 18.3
million). 

The preliminary sales revenues of the Company’s LNG Terminal for May 2016
comprise EUR 6.0 million (May 2015 – EUR 5.4 mln., change +11.1 per cent),
which is equal to the one twelfth of the liquefaction revenues approved by the
National Commission for Energy Control and Prices for the year 2016 and actual
regasification tariff revenues for the period. The preliminary revenue of the
LNG terminal for the January-May  2016 comprise EUR 29.0 million and it’s
grater by 7.4 per cent compared to the same period 2015 (EUR 27.0 mln.). 

Total preliminary sales revenues of the Company for the five months of 2016
comprise EUR 48.7 million, i.e. 7.5 per cent grater compared to same period
2015 (EUR 45.3 million).
