Financial reporting of Cencorp Corporation in 2009                              

Cencorp Corporation will publish its financial statements bulletin 2008 on      
January 22, 2009. The Annual Report 2008 will be published on March 31, 2009.   
In 2009 interim reports of Cencorp Corporation will be released according to the
following schedule:                                                             

- January - March: on May 28, 2009                                              
- January - June: on August 27, 2009                                            
- January - September: on November 26, 2009                                     
Annual General Meeting of Cencorp Corporation will be held on April 29, 2009.
