Amber Grid - Notification on material event

New Prices for Natural Gas Transmission Services

On 5 November 2014 (Minutes No. 7), the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid
approved the prices for natural gas transmission services that will come into
effect from 1 January 2015. The prices, approved by the Board of Directors of
AB Amber Grid, will be presented to The National Control Commission for Prices
and Energy for approbation.
