registered shares is over. 82 294 540 shares of 1 litas nominal value each were
subscribed and paid for. 
81 865 705 shares were subscribed and paid for during the first stage of
offering. 
357 335 shares were subscribed and paid for during the second stage of
offering. 
71 500 shares were distributed during the third stage of offering.
