FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STATEMENT 2009 PUBLISHED          

Raisio's Financial Statements and the report of the Board of Directors for the  
financial period ended 31 December 2009 as well as Corporate Governance         
Statement 2009, which is prepared in accordance with the recommendation of the  
Finnish Corporate Governance Code, has been published on 3 March 2010.          

The documents are attached in pdf format in this release. The both documents are
also available on Raisio's website at www.raisio.com.                           

All Raisio's stock exchange and press releases published in 2009 (summary of the

of Releases.                                                                    

Raisio's Annual Report 2009 will be available on 12 March 2010 at the latest and
the printed version will come out in the week 11.
