VST AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the deregistration of public limited liability company “VST” from the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania

On 31 December 2010 public limited liability company “VST” (VST) was
deregistered from the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.
VST licensed activities of electricity distribution and electricity supply from
1 January 2011 will be continued by AB LESTO (legal entity code 302577612,
registered office address at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius).
