CHANGES IN HONKARAKENNE EXECUTIVE GROUP

Honkarakenne CFO Mikko Jaskari moves to another position outside the company.
Mikko Jaskari will continue working with Honkarakenne until 31 July 2016. Mikko
Jaskari has been in the CFO role at Honkarakenne since 2010.

operations. I like to thank Mikko for his work and wish him all the best in his
new position”, says Marko Saarelainen, President and CEO of Honkarakenne. 

The search for a new CFO will start immediately.

Honkarakenne Vice President – Operations, Erja Heiskanen will not continue
working with Honkarakenne due to restructuring activities connected to the
efficiency programme. The restructuring of operations is effective immediately.
