Klaipedos Nafta AB - Interim information

Interim financial information regarding the nine months of 2012

SC Klaipėdos Nafta (further - the Company) net profit has decreased by 14 per
cent less to LTL 30.9 million (EUR 8.9 million) during the nine months of 2012
if compared to the same period of 2011 - LTL 36.1 million (EUR 10.5 million). 

The Company's sales income decreased by 8 per cent less to LTL 99.0 million
(EUR 28.7 million) during the nine months of 2012 if compared to the same
period of 2011 - LTL 108.1 million (EUR 31.3 million).
