Announcement of net asset value of INVL Baltic Real Estate

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2017-03-20 18:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Initial net asset
value of the INVL Baltic Real Estate as provided in Articles of Association in
section XI ‘Valuation of assets of the company and calculation of the net asset
value’ and Article 163.1.1. was EUR 27,633,382 or EUR 0.4203 per share on 30
November 2016. 

The net asset value of the Company was EUR 31,072,202 or EUR 0.4726 per share
on 31 December 2016.
