Additional information

As previously reported, on January 31, 2011, the Board of Directors of the
Company elected Mr. Daniel Goldberg as a director of the Company to replace Mr.
Ivan Glasenberg as a director of the Company in accordance with the terms of
the support agreement, dated April 6, 2010, between the Company and Glencore
International AG and certain of its affiliates (collectively, "Glencore"). At
the time the Form 8−K was originally filed, certain information regarding
transactions between the Company and Glencore was unavailable. 

Such information is hereby provided by incorporating herein by reference the
“Related Party Transactions” section in the Company's 2010 Annual Report on
Form 10−K, filed March 16, 2011.
