HEIDI KARLSSON TO STRENGTHEN PROHA'S MANAGEMENT

Proha Plc has appointed Heidi Karlsson to a new position of Senior Vice
President (SVP), Corporate Functions. She holds a M.Sc. degree in Economics and
is 42 years old. Prior to joining Proha, Heidi acted as the Head of Management
Reporting of Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) being responsible for the
corporation's financial reporting to the executive management. Previously, she
was the Region Controller of NSN being responsible for the financial
administration in Latin America. Since 1993, she has held various positions
with NSN, Nokia Networks and Nokia Telecommunications. In addition to Finland,
she has worked in Rio de Janeiro, Peking, Zürich and Düsseldorf. Heidi will
start with Proha on June 1, 2010. 

In her role of SVP, Corporate Functions, Heidi will also be responsible for the
international financial operations of Proha's Oil & Gas Services division,
since the Chief Financial Officer of Dovre Group AS in Norway, Are Njåstein,
will leave the company on May 30, 2010.

“The management's objective is to develop the company into an internationally
operating corporation from the previous operational model and structure of a
holding company. Heidi has a solid experience on building an effective
internationally operating administration and creating the required systems and
processes”. 

Proha's Chief Financial Officer, Sirpa Haavisto, continues in her position and
will be reporting to Heidi Karlsson. The goal is to develop a cost effective
and real-time finance function for the Proha Group.
