LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Notice Regarding Financial Indicators to be Achieved by LESTO AB in 2011 as Proposed by Ministry of Finance

LESTO AB (identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Žvejų St.
14, LT-09310, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) hereby informs that the Ministry
of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, while implementing the reorganization
program of state-controlled enterprises in 2011-2012, has drafted and proposed
for public review a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of
Lithuania regarding defining financial indicators of state-controlled public
companies and public limited companies for 2011. 

In the draft resolution it is planned that EBITDA of LESTO AB in 2011 shall be
not less than LTL 293 819 000.
