Technopolis - Corporate Action

SUBSCRIPTION OF TECHNOPOLIS SHARES WITH YEAR 2001 OPTIONS

Taking into account previous share subscriptions and those made by
April 30, 2007, a total of 98,399 shares have now been subscribed
with Technopolis Plc's year 2001 options. Each share's counter
book value and subscription price was EUR 1.69. Each option
entitles its holder to subscribe for 2.6667 Technopolis Plc
shares.

A share capital increase of EUR 166,294.31 resulting from the
subscriptions has been entered in the Trade Register today. After
the increase, the company's share capital is EUR 68,691,861.68 and
the number of shares is 40,646,072.

The new shares will entitle their holders to dividends for the
2007 financial year and will provide other shareholder rights as
of the registration date. Technopolis has applied for the new
shares to be traded together with the old shares from June 13,
2007.

The 2001 options program resulted from a decision made by the
Annual General Meeting of March 23, 2001. The share subscription
period for all these options ended on April 30, 2007.
